Is there an official place where I could submit a ticket directly to Mikrotik for this? At least so they're aware of the issue, since this is a new, pretty powerful device. Note that this setting applies to ALL controllers including flight sticks, etc., attached to the system, not just gamepads. This option causes Steam to try to create an virtual device for the attached controller. I do have a Mikrotik test env but it's got a RB2011 MIPSBE router in it which doesn't support The Dude. Some devices may not work at all when Generic Gamepad Configuration Support is enabled in Steam. Got the networks, firewall, NAT, IPSec tunnels, PPP, all already configured. Still don't really feel like resetting it all the way to blank slate. The network is currently under development so this was just a part of the process. It's not a live env as in users are actively connected to it and getting internet access through it. You can try it on some other device, dedicated for the dude server only: for example on hEX, or on CHR running on some virtualisation platform.Īnyway it's not a good idea to test something on a machine working in live environment. If the Dude tab does not appear, that means something is definitely wrong. Such a shame, I would really love to test out the features The Dude has to offer.
